Hair Hanging
Service Description
AIR HANGING An ancient circus art in which the body is lifted into the air using a specialized hair suspension technique. Hair Hanging combines physical strength, concentration, trust, and a deep sense of freedom. It is a practice that teaches you to relax, trust the technique, and gradually discover a new way of experiencing your body in the air. Each class is 90 minutes and includes: • preparation and hair suspension tying techniques; • specialized warm-up; • breathing practices; • gradual introduction to suspension; • exploration of movement and flight. Hair Hanging is much more than a workout. It is an encounter with your own courage, an opportunity to let go of control, and an experience that stays with you long after your feet touch the ground again.
