I. General Terms

The studio does not have a refund policy.

Payment is made online only.

After an online purchase of a service, membership card, product, training session, workshop, voucher or event, the amount is non-refundable.

Excuses related to finding the location are not accepted. Search for “Vertical Art” in Google Maps – the map will take you directly to the studio.
II. Cancellation and Reservation Management
When purchasing a single training session:
-
You will have the option to cancel the reservation, but the amount will not be refunded..

Cancellation only means that you will not attend the training session.
Reservation deadline:
-
A reservation can be made no later than 60 minutes before the start of the training session.
-
After a successful reservation, you will receive a confirmation email.

In the „Reservation“ section you can track all reservations you have made.
Membership cards:
-
They cannot be extended, except in cases of temporary suspension of activity due to reasons beyond the studio's control.

Only holders of a membership card can cancel a reservation up to 2 hours before the training session without reducing the number of included sessions.
Class changes::
-
The studio reserves the right to change reserved classes.
-
In case of a change, a suitable alternative will be offered (for example moving to another group).
-
If none of the options are convenient, you are entitled to a full refund.
Change notifications:
-
They are sent via email or mobile device notification.
-
Notifications are received only if you have enabled notifications in the Fit by Wix app (access code: NGDSFQ).
Waiting list:
-
Joining the waiting list is possible only through the application.

When a spot becomes available, the first person on the list receives a notification through the app or email and has 5 minutes to make a reservation.

If they do not book, the system notifies the next person on the list, who also has 5 minutes to make a reservation.
III. Safety Rules and Equipment

All bracelets, earrings, necklaces and accessories must be removed before training. Violations may lead to penalties.

On the day of the training session, do not apply creams or lotions on your hands or body.
IV. Conduct of Training Sessions
If only one participant is registered for a group training session:
-
The studio may choose not to hold the class or may reduce its duration to 45 minutes.
-
At the participant’s request, the class may be held as a private lesson for the price of an individual session.
No-show or lateness::
-
If a participant does not attend a reserved class without cancelling at least 120 minutes before the start of the class, the visit will be considered completed.
-
For membership plans, the visit will be deducted from the available training sessions.
-
For MultiSport / MultiSport Kids / CoolFit / FITKIT cards, the value will be deducted from the deposit, including in case of lateness of 15 minutes.

For a paid single training session, failure to attend is charged as an attended visit, without refund.

V. MultiSport / MultiSport Kids / CoolFit / FITKIT Cards
To make a reservation:

You must add the card from the “Memberships” section on our website or in the application, with a one-time deposit of 13,50 €.

The personal card check-in is performed on site by a team member within the first 15 minutes from the start of the training session.

The deposit is deducted in case of lateness of 15 minutes or a missed training session and is non-refundable.
-
With correct attendance, the deposit remains active and can be used for future reservations.

In case of cancellation of a membership card or its deposit, the paid amount is non-refundable, as the deposit value is equal to the price of a single class. This amount can be used (deducted) toward one class.

In group classes with a maximum number of participants, trainees with MultiSport / MultiSport Kids / CoolFit cards share equipment with another trainee using the same card.
MultiSport and MultiSport Kids cards can only be used in selected classes.

If a trainee with a card wishes to participate in other classes outside the allowed conditions, the system automatically offers:

payment for a single visit, or

purchase of a studio membership card.

VI. Purchases and Products

All purchases from the website are collected on site at the studio, Sofia, 11 “Magnaurska Shkola” St., floor 1, office 103.

VII. Memberships, Training Sessions and Additional Services
Memberships and training sessions
By choosing a membership card you can significantly save on the price of a single training session. All available membership packages for group training sessions can be viewed in the “Memberships” section on the website or in the application.
Private lessons
The studio offers the possibility for individual (private) lessons. Details and booking – through the website, the application or direct contact with the team
Gift cards
We offer gift vouchers for training sessions, memberships and studio services. Vouchers can be purchased online and used under the conditions described in the General Terms.
LOYALTY Program
Every registered user can benefit from our Loyalty program.
The program provides discounts of up to 20% on the SCORPIO, SUPERMAN, AYESHA membership cards in the website and the application.
The size of the discount depends on the accumulated points collected through visits

Hall and Equipment Rental
The studio offers the possibility for:

renting the entire hall for a party, event or personal use;

renting the hall for free training;
-
renting equipment in the hall or outside it, including parallel use with scheduled training sessions.
Additional services
The studio offers the possibility to book a show performance (dance) for your event.
Release of Liability

I voluntarily participate in a training session offered by Vertical Art.
I understand that Pole Dance, Exotic Pole Dance, Flying Yoga, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silk, Pole, Aerial Hammock and other classes offered by Vertical Art require physical exertion that involves a risk of bodily injury, and I am fully aware of the dangers associated with this.
I declare and guarantee that I am physically healthy and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation, and I agree to assume full responsibility for all risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, that may occur as a result of my participation in the training session.

I am required to inform the instructor in advance about any illnesses, medical conditions, injuries or trauma before the training session begins.

I confirm that they may be used by Vertical Art on the website or on other social media platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, as well as in newsletters and publications.
I consciously, voluntarily, and explicitly waive any claims I may have against Vertical Art and its staff for any injuries or damages I may suffer as a result of my participation in a class.

I, my heirs, or legal representatives release and hold harmless Vertical Art and the instructors, and waive the right to sue for any injury or accident caused by their negligence or other actions.
I acknowledge that Vertical Art is in no way responsible for the loss or damage of any of my belongings while attending a class.

I agree to comply with the rules and regulations of Vertical Art and acknowledge that these rules and regulations may change.

All participants under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian.
To register or purchase a service through the online booking system, you must be at least 18 years old. You must ensure that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

I am aware that during the training session I must be completely sober and must not have consumed alcohol or drugs.
At the instructor's discretion, I may be denied access to the class.

I am required to remove all accessories, jewelry, bracelets, rings, earrings, and other ornaments before the training session. I am aware that on the day of the training session I must not apply lotions or creams on my hands or body.

I am aware that in a training session with only one participant, the instructor has the right not to hold the session or to reduce its duration by up to 20 minutes.
A training session of 80 minutes will be reduced to 60 minutes, and a training session of 60 minutes will be reduced to 50 minutes.

In the event of accidental or intentional damage to any equipment or apparatus in the studio, I am obliged to pay for the incurred damage.

I have been informed by a sign that the premises are under video surveillance and I agree with the purposes for which the collected information is used, as described in the "Privacy Policy" section
