Air, Strength, and Challenge in One! Are you ready to dive into an unusual combination of three unconventional apparatuses? The class alternates between Chains and Pole Strap or Chains and Aerial Straps. In one session, you’ll fly between chains and pole strap; in another – between chains and aerial straps. Every class is a different experience. We’ll work on technique, control, and smoothness of movement using: ⛓️ Aerial Chains – for strength, stability, and artistry 📿 Pole Strap – for control and creativity around the pole 🪝 Aerial Straps – where strength meets grace Ideal for students with basic aerial or pole skills who want to expand their repertoire and explore new possibilities in the air. ⸻ 👗 Clothing: – Shorts / leotard – Tank top / sports top – Optional: high-heeled shoes suitable for pole dance 🚫 No clothes with zippers, buttons, or decorative elements ✅ Don’t forget: – Bring one large and one small towel – Remove all jewelry before class – No creams or oils on the skin on class day – this is important for safe grip
