The aerial silks class is suitable for beginners and practitioners with basic skills. ⸻ 🧵 SILKS – the art of silk – Learn how to tie the perfect knot – Master climbing, inversions, and wraps around the body – Explore movements, poses, and locks that develop strength and control – Expect to activate muscles you’ve never felt before ⸻ 🧘♀️ Class structure: – Starts with a mandatory warm-up – preparing muscles and joints for aerial work – Main part: working on the apparatus, with practice time and focus on technique – Suitable both for building foundations and advancing skills ⸻ 👗 Clothing: – Leggings and tank top, leotard, or comfortable sportswear – Socks – Cover your waist and knees to protect skin from friction with the apparatus – 🚫 No zippers, buttons, or decorative elements ⸻ ✅ Important: – Bring one large and one small towel – No creams or oils on class day – important for a safe grip – Remove all jewelry before the start of class ⸻ 🕊️ Rise, feel the lightness, and discover new possibilities with your body!

Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Once you have made an online reservation, we cannot refund your payment! Canceling the reservation means you will not be able to attend the class. ⚠️ Only those who have purchased a MEMBERSHIP card can cancel a reservation 2 hours before the class without it affecting the number of sessions on the purchased card. Missed classes without the corresponding 120-minute cancellation notice will be charged as attended. ⚠️ I acknowledge that if a class has only one participant, the instructor has the right not to hold the class or shorten it by 15 minutes. You will be informed by email 60 minutes before the class if it is canceled. Enable notifications on your mobile device. ⚠️ All participants under 18 years old must have written consent from a parent or guardian. A declaration will be sent automatically to your email 60 minutes before the start of the class.
