Aerial Arts for Kids 5+ – Fun, Movement, and Development in the Air! Aerial Hoop class adapted specifically for children of all ages. Here, little artists will learn movements that develop strength, flexibility, and coordination, while having fun and acquiring new skills in a safe and supportive environment. – Focus on strength, flexibility, and conditioning – Learn how to enter and exit the hoop – Basic techniques, positions, tricks, and combinations ⸻ Important for the class: – Clothing: leggings, tank top, socks, or leotard – Cover the skin around the waist and knees to avoid irritation from the fabric – Do not wear clothes with zippers, buttons, or other decorations – Please bring your own large and small towel – Do not apply creams or oils on hands or body on class day (for better grip) – All jewelry must be removed before class ⸻ Each class starts with a warm-up that prepares the body for movement and play in the air.
