Flying Yoga for Kids – Play, Movement, and Fun in the Air! Keeping kids active and engaged can be a challenge, but Flying Yoga is the perfect solution! In this class, children have fun while performing various exercises and poses in a special aerial swing – all under the guidance of an experienced instructor who motivates them to repeat asanas and movements. Why is Flying Yoga so suitable for kids? – Encourages communication and play with peers – Improves coordination, strength, and flexibility – Builds confidence and determination – Boosts positive energy and mood – Creates healthy habits for growing bodies ⸻ Important things to know about the class: – Suitable clothing: leggings, tank top or T-shirt, socks – It is recommended to cover the skin around the waist and knees to avoid irritation from the fabric – Do not wear clothes with zippers, buttons, or other hard decorations – Each class starts with a warm-up to prepare the body for movement – Please bring one large and one small towel – Do not apply creams or oils on hands or body on class day (for better grip) – All jewelry must be removed before class ⸻ Flying Yoga is a fun and healthy way for children to move, develop, and smile – combining play and sport in the air!
