Can kids do Pole Dance? Absolutely! Pole dance is a sport and art that develops strength, flexibility, and technique – qualities that children naturally have in abundance. They possess the energy, endurance, and flexibility to perform movements that impress even adults. There is no age limit for pole – there is no move an adult can do that a child cannot. Classes develop not only physical abilities but also concentration, breathing, coordination, and self-discipline. Additionally, classes create a social environment where kids meet other enthusiasts, learn from each other, and motivate each other – much more fun than training alone.
