Exotic Pole (Elements)

Service Description

In this class, we will focus on individual Exotic Pole Dance elements, with plenty of repetitions and emphasis on technique, strength, and endurance. We’ll work on movements that prepare your body for more advanced choreography and improve control over your motions. ⸻ 💫 What you will learn: – Performing elements on a static pole – Technique for entering and exiting positions – Precision, control, and strength – Endurance through repetition and building muscle memory 📌 Suitable for you if you have basic Pole Dance experience and have completed several beginner lessons. ⸻ 👠 Heels & Knee Pads: – The class is conducted with high heels, but they are optional – Knee pads are highly recommended for comfort and safety during floorwork ⸻ 🔥 Each class includes: – Mandatory warm-up to prepare muscles and joints – Main part with repetitions of individual elements ⸻ 👗 Clothing: – Knee pads – Shorts or leggings – Tank top / top – Socks – Optional: high heels designed for pole/exotic 🚫 No clothes with zippers, buttons, or decorative elements ⸻ ✅ Don’t forget: – Bring one large and one small towel – Remove all jewelry before class – Do not apply creams or oils on the body on class day – this interferes with grip ⸻ 💥 Develop technique, strength, and confidence with Exotic Elements!
