Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Once you have made an online reservation, we cannot refund your payment! Canceling the reservation means you will not be able to attend the class. ⚠️ Only those who have purchased a MEMBERSHIP card can cancel a reservation 2 hours before the class without it affecting the number of sessions on the purchased card. Missed classes without the corresponding 120-minute cancellation notice will be charged as attended. ⚠️ I acknowledge that if a class has only one participant, the instructor has the right not to hold the class or shorten it by 15 minutes. You will be informed by email 60 minutes before the class if it is canceled. Enable notifications on your mobile device. ⚠️ All participants under 18 years old must have written consent from a parent or guardian. A declaration will be sent automatically to your email 60 minutes before the start of the class.
